The KU Genomics Data Server provides microarray data access and management for investigators. Based on GeneTraffic®, it also provides powerful and easy-to-use microarray data analysis tools with seamless Affymetrix GeneChip® integration. This server is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux systems.
Genomics Data Sharing
The KU Genomics Data Server allows data sharing for workgroups, laboratories and projects. This server provides enterprise-level security protection for data access and sharing. Different levels of data access right can be granted to allow flexibility in data sharing.
Investigators who want to share their genomics data publicly, such as mandated by NIH, are expected to deposit their data into major public microarray data repositories, including Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) in the United States, and ArrayExpress maintained by the European Bioinformatics Instititute (EBI).
To log in the KU Genomics Data Server, please click either here or the image at left.
*New users of the KU Genomics Facility will be assigned an initial user id and password once the microarray data are generated.
The KU Genomics Data Server is currently providing support for a number of NIH, NSF and USDA-funded projects. The largest project the Server currently supports is P01AG12993.
